Tumbukiza Marketplace is a community of traders, buyers and sellers, who agree to our terms and conditions of operations. In your interactions in the platform, you must not solicit for real phone numbers of buyers, or coerse them to provide you with any contact details, unless they willingly share in accordance with our guidelines. As a trader, you must not post items for sale, to let or to advertise if they dont belong to you, including stolen goods, or you dont have the final authority or ownership as it pertains the decision to sell. Products sold on Tumbukiza marketplace must conform to the our community standards. Buyers and sellers Must conform to the local guidelines, laws and regulations of trade. Failure to comply may result to a variety of consequences, including removing all your listings, and accounts you hold with us from our database. We reserve the right to reject, approve, or remove any listing for any reason at any time, in our sole discretion.
You are obligated to conduct your business with respect, cooporating with other members to ensure the community ethos are upheld, and participate in improvement of the community, by sharing your thoughts with us, through the channels provided. You are also required to;

5.1 General Availability Tumbukiza marketplace is an online service that is available as a Mobile application 24/7. The application has an online and offline running mode. We provide you with the ability to cache items of interest, that will be available to you even without internet access. To get updated content, you will have to restore your internet connectivity, on your Android or IOS device.
5.2 Restrictions and Suspensions Whereas you are able to advertise a variety of products on Tumbukiza Marketplace, the laws and regulations apply different in different jurisdictions, hence we require as part of compliance with our terms, that you fully comply with the local governments laws and regulations.
5.3 Update Scheduling We shall rollout free major application updates from time to time, and we'll propose the updates to run at certain times. You however have the ultimate authority to determine when your updates should run.
6.1 Animals Your listings at Tumbukiza marketplace may not promote;
6.2 Human Body Parts Your listings Must not promote buying/selling or donating of human body parts, apart from hair products
6.3 Gambling and Betting Your listings must not promote gambling, lotteries or betting services
6.4 Suppliments Your listings must not promote ingestible suppliments that are not approved by the local government Poisons board.
6.5 Stolen Goods Your listings must not promote buying /selling or donation of stolen goods.
6.6 Adult Products Your listings must not promote buying /selling of adult products, including;
6.7 Weapons and explosives Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of weapons, teasers, guns, ammunition or explosives.
6.8 Copyrights & Trademarks Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of products or services that infringe or violate intellectual rights.
6.9 Socery & Paraphenalia Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of products or services that are of whitchcraft nature, including paraphenalia that is associated with whichcraft and socery
6.10 Discrimination Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of products or services that are discriminative on nature, in terms of age, religion, gender or color.
6.11 Alcohol and intoxicating products Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of products or services that are intoxicating of nature, including Alcohol, Bhang, Prohibited drugs and related kits for making these products.
6.12 Electronics Devices and solutions Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of products or digital services that are Prohibited, relating to streaming devices, jamming and scrambling devices, pirate and hacking solutions.
6.13 Documents & Currency Your listings must not promote buying, selling,letting or donation of Digital cryptocurrency/ virtual currencies, forex and equipments that create counterfeit products
6.14 Violence, Hate, misleading and Terrorism Your listings must not promote services of hateful nature, including soliciting recruitment of racist and extremist persons, or soliciting for ratings and reviews that are untrue.
6.15 Jobs Your listings must not promote advertisements of Jobs, business ventures and multi-level marketing schemes.
6.16 Harzardous goods and Materials Your listings must not promote buying and selling of harzadous materials and substances.
Tumbukiza Marketplace does not sell any products, apart from the facilitation services accorded to community members to reach prospective buyers and sellers.
We therefore hold no warranty whatsoever on products listed in this portal. The warranties extended by sellers are private arrangements between the buyer and the seller, and does not include Tumbukiza marketplace.
For paid services rendered by Tumbukiza Marketplace, we offer full service warranty for the services subscribed to.
We shall in time to time issue notices to all our members throught the notification tab, to inform you about;
8.1 Alerts issued Depending on jurisdictions, we shall issue notices that made by the government for public interest,
8.2 Community Alerts We shall issue Notices that concern the community.
8.3 Trading Alerts We shall issue notices of community interest, including trading opportunities, Sale events, and warnings that may be of the best interest of the community.
Any third parties with interest to engage with the community, will be subject to the rules of engagement, to ensure there is mutual benefit to the trading community.
Applicable local government laws and regulations will be applicable at all times.
Tumbukiza Marketplace does not condone the infringement of intelectual property. If there is complaint raised of copyright infringement, we shall immediately commence investigations and the appropriate actions will be taken, including delisting of all the products in question, including removing the accounts held by the party.
All the legal claims will be lodged as appropriate.
