all those who defy our policies for further action.
We update our guidelines over time, in consultation with experts and based on the analysis of reports we get, to mitigate risks, evolve with the community behaviour
and keep Tumbukiza a safe trading environment.
Our Community is a place where we want members to engage in a honest, legitimate and trustworthy business. The listings herein are true products on sale, and products that are in demand. The listing and in chat communications should be authentic, and help members advance their businesses in sales, and provide a chance to buyers to buy what they need, helping them along the way in providing information and timely feedback.
Any adult or persons as identified by respective governments, needing to access our services, and is in agreement with our privacy policy, terms and conditions, is eligible to join our community, and transact business. Part of our priority as Tumbukiza Marketplace, is adding protection for children while using the internet or mobile solutions. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Tumbukiza Marketplace does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children, under the age of 18 or 13 depended on jurisdiction. This portal is used to connect buyers, sellers and service providers, and we do not condone unhealthy competition. Members may not provoke, mislead others by posting comments directed at attacking anyone
Do not list anything on our portal that is illegal in nature, including what has been listed in our terms and conditions

You may not use this platform to advance illegalities, these include;
1. Regulated Goods and Illegal goods/ services
We prohibit listing or soliciting to buy of certain products and services as indicated in the Terms and conditions. Tumbukiza fully abides by the Local laws and regulations, and does not permit listing for sale products that are regulated, or banned. We will always remove content that does not comply without warning.
2. Individuals and organizations with criminal intent
We do not allow organizations or individuals with criminal or terrorist intent, to use our platform. Any behaviour that suggests these actions including bullying, will result to us banning the account to keep our community safe from harm.
3. Weapons and Ammunition
We do not allow listing, depiction, information, trade and promotion of firearms and explosives on our platform
4. Violence and graphic content
We do not allow content that is suggestive, shocking or glorifies violence or suffering. You must not post images of death, of humans or animals being killed, severe burns or open wounds in your quest to sell products on this platform.
5. Hate speech and Slurs
You must not use derogatory terms intended to disparage an ethnicity, race or any protected attributes. This community does not condone content intended to attack, threaten, dehumanize, and incite violence against any community, individual or group of people.
6. Lack of Integrity and authenticity
Any content that is intended to deceive or mislead our community members must not be posted on the platform, ensure that all posts and listings are authentic, and no impersonation, disinformation or spamming is permitted. As stated in out terms and conditions, our platform does not condone the infringement of intellectual property; we encourage listing of original products.
7. Threats to Platform Security
Do not bypass security measures of Tumbukiza, to deny the normal service operations, or use automated scripts to collect information, spam or affect the integrity of the system
8. Adult nudity and sexual activities
We do not allow listing of sexual explicit content, sexual exploitation, pornography, and human trafficking activities.
9. Children exploitation
We do not allow minors under the age of 18 or 13 depending on jurisdictions to transact in this platform; we do not permit listing of child abuse content. Any content meant to inflict physical or physiological trauma on minors is not permitted.
Do not post listings that depict underage delinquent behaviour
All the legal claims will be lodged as appropriate.
We always take action on flagged listings, after they have been review by our trained personnel. The assessment done on the content strives to find if indeed it violates our policies, and thereafter take appropriate actions, including delisting the offensive content, or banning the user all together.
